Not Recommended
Project not complete despite collecting payment on the promise that it would be a few days. Walter does not return phone calls or messages, just strings you along and is confused and unapologetic every time you attempt to contact him for an update. He doesn't take responsibility for delays or taking wrong measurements. Totally unprofessional.
