This car wash is very thorough and the staff is extremely pleasant. If you chose the package that includes interior vacuum and windows, it does take some time. But it's worth it.

I've lived in Alexandria for more than 30 years and increasingly hear (and experience) negative stories about Yates (the car wash, the dry cleaner and particularly the service station.) Somewhere along the line they lost their way -- every service is overpriced and, in the case of the service station, dishonest if not corrupt. Once they literally fabricated a problem during an inspection that two other mechanics said didn't exist.
