Bittersweet was the perfect caterer for our event. The Bittersweet rep listened to our plan/wishes and provided a catering design that worked both aesthetically and financially. The only caveat is that the cleanup after the event did not meet all the requirements of the venue. The responsibility was shared for this - we should have done a better job supervising. Just a reminder for next time - and we will be going back to Bittersweet for our next event.
