They fixed a problem with my MSOffice license after I failed. It took a long time with repeated efforts, but they did manage to get my license reinstated after reinstalling the software. Price was very reasonable for the amount of time it took. Making an appointment however was not as easy – I ended up going to the store and making it in person and was given an appointment that day.

I have a maintenance contract with Geek Squad. My computer was running slow. In dealing with that problem, the Geek Squad performed an operation that removed all of the programs I had added to my computer using my cd drive. I was not a happy camper.

I was having trouble with my iPhone charging through lightning cables. The Apple Support App directed me to Best Buy where I made an appointment earlier in the pandemic when the store was not wide open for business. The worker quickly fixed the problem by unclogging the port with a little tool for free. He offered me a new battery for the old one whose capacity was somewhat depleted. I decided to get that for $50, including installation. His diagnostic tool also noticed that there was something wrong with the audio that I had not noticed, and he fixed that for free. Actually he said he would fix it, forgot, and then fixed it when I reminded him. Overall good service.
