Fidelity has a lot of strengths as a brokerage firm. Their in office operation is another matter. You may just be getting comfortable with one of their professionals but, if he or she gets an advancement, all of a sudden they will try to give you to another professional with very little lead in. As a brokerage firm, I recommend them. As providing investment help and continuity, I do not.
