As a new customer, I gave this agency a good rating. That was mainly due to the outstanding aid that was assigned. But I lost that aid as she enrolled in college. Having notified the agency more than a month before her departure, I was never given a replacement. They filled in for two weeks with a substitute that only worked two hours starting anywhere from 6:00 am to 11:00 am. I had no choice in the start times. Subsequently I went six consecutive days without an aid. Often I would be called at or just after the expected start time telling me that I would not have an aid for that day. The final straw was when I was told that they would "brain storm" a solution to getting me an aid at their next staff meeting. I then got a call from the Director with a "take it or leave it" offer. They wanted me to agree to having an eight hour shift every day. That would have almost doubled my weekly fees. I immediately terminated this agency.
