Profoundly incompetent. Mismailed a replacement debit card repeatedly. I finally gave up and am actively migrating my banking to another institution. Can't wait to completely severe my relationship once I complete changing direct deposit and automated debits.

Recommended, but otherwise bush league. Been with them for over 30 years in good standing. But whenever you go to them for a financial service they treat you like you just walked in off the street. Their mortgage service is just painful.
