Can not say enough positive things about Joe and his company Spa Solutions. I bought house with a neglected and inoperable hot tub in the backyard. Joe very carefully and methodically reconditioned the hot tub so it is now as good as new. It was not clear when Joe started if the hot tub was repairable so I appreciated he took a step-by-step approach with me to determine how much work would be required, the cost to bring the hot tub back to state of good repair. Just a great experience overall and the end result was better than I expected! A very reasonable price was the icing on the cake.

Very responsive. Joe is a great guy. Gave me a quote to repair a hot tub and reduced actual bill significantly when he determined that job was less complicated than expected. Highly recommend.
