THEY DO NOT WORK IN DC After leaving 2 voice messages with no response (one disconnected immediately after I said 'NW DC' - perhaps they were monitoring?), and a last-try follow-up by filling out their web form I received a half-sentence emailed reply that they don't work in DC anymore. Perhaps they are a good fence-building company - but I can attest that they need to work on their front-end customer 'service'.

I recently had Adirondack install a chain-link fence in my backyard, as well as wooden gates at the front. The estimator/team manager who came out to my house was friendly and professional. We discussed various options, and he then sent estimates for the work. The team arrived at 7 sharp and spent the day installing the fence and gates. They cleaned up perfectly and left the yard pristine. Now here's the difference with a superior company. The day after the installation, even though I had signed off on the work, I was increasingly uncomfortable with the way they had attached the fencing the the poles. I looked at other houses with the same type of fence, and then went to Adirondack's website. I began to feel they could have done a better job. I sent an email to the estimator/manager with photos and explained the issues I had with the installation. Within 15 minutes, he sent back an email, agreeing with the issues and told me the team would come back, take it down, and do it over again and make it right. And that's exactly what they did within a week. They redid it, did a great job and I'm fully satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
