Do not use this company except in unoccupied properties. I stopped using Stacy Smith and his crew when I realized that jewelry and other valuables disappeared from my home. He and his crew did a horrible job installing a wooden floor over concrete in a client's rental property. There was a bulge in the concrete and rather than smoothing it out he just installed the flooring. His "professional opinion" was that the bulge in the wooden floor was fine and didn't need to be corrected. His refinished floors looked okay but the sanding job on stairs was extremely rough and unprofessional. I'm sorry that I ever crossed paths with this vendor. Avoid Smith Floors.
