Depends a lot on who manages your request, as their staff varies but they try to make a good match between the client and the caregiver, and can be very sensible and helpful. We got off to a slow start. Of not for the first few days, we would rate them superior across the board, in this area especially, you need to articulate clearly what you need and what your priorities are.
