Used Republic Title for a refinance in October 2021. Unlike many other options, Republic was transparent and straightforward about disclosing fees up-front. Fees were also lower than several. Closing was carried out in person in a comfortable and safe environment during a pandemic surge, and process was explained along the way. Significantly better communication than my earlier 2016 refinance or my initial house purchase in 2009. I don't anticipate refinancing again or buying a house in the area again in the near future. But, if I did, Republic would be at the top of my list for initial consideration. Recommended.
