Used Republic Title for a refinance in October 2021. Unlike many other options, Republic was transparent and straightforward about disclosing fees up-front. Fees were also lower than several. Closing was carried out in person in a comfortable and safe environment during a pandemic surge, and process was explained along the way. Significantly better communication than my earlier 2016 refinance or my initial house purchase in 2009. I don't anticipate refinancing again or buying a house in the area again in the near future. But, if I did, Republic would be at the top of my list for initial consideration. Recommended.

I've worked with a lot of settlement companies during the course of 16+ years as a realtor. Republic Title can be counted on to do handle all the details of settlement correctly and in a timely manner. They provide a free one year home warranty to all buyers and their charges are no more than and often less than what many other firms charge. Their charges for sellers are usually lower than most other firms and they don't charge junk fees.
