I thought they were terrific and my car looked brand new. They were very professional and friendly.

I cannot compare prices since this is where my insurer (USAA) sent me, but I was very pleased with their workmanship -- truly excellent. Pleasant and polite office staff -- a pleasure to deal with considering that no one is happy that they must have their car's bodywork repaired.

I have used First Choice twice to make repairs to my 2011 BMW. They were first recommended by the local chapter of the BMW Car Club of America. The first repair was to refresh and repaint my back bumper cover after someone scraped it in a parking lot. Not a big deal but still one of concern as I wanted to paint to match the original color (Titanium Silver Metallic). The second repair was more consequential as it involved replacing both the back bumper cover (which was torn) and the trunk lid (which was badly dented). Again, the concern was matching the paint as metallic colors are hard to match. The paint match was perfect, which is amazing given that the original paint is now 8 years old. First Choice did replace the lid rather than try to straighten the dent and then apply Bondo to it. I liked that and my insurance agreed to the extra costs. I initially took the car to D&V Autobody in Sterling, VA. They were proposing to paint the entire back half of the car in order to blend in the new paint with the original paint - at a cost of $4,400. Aside from the cost I did not want to paint that much of the car. First Choice was able to color match the paint perfectly (at least to my eye, and I'm a fussy person) and only paint the trunk lid. Wonderful outcome. And the total cost was about $1000 less than the D&V estimate.
