My windshield suffered a stress crack. The repairman come out to the house to perform the replacement. I called on the afternoon of a snow day; they came out the next day after (i.e. one intervening day). They gave me 3-hour window to arrive and were there in the 2nd hour, giving me a 30-minute heads-up. The actual repair took half an hour and was professional. I could not have asked for better.

The company representative who took my initial call and scheduled the work was extremely professional and helpful. He carefully explained the options for replacing my windshield and the costs. The work was scheduled quickly at my convenience and at my home. The technician who did the work was clearly highly skilled and worked very efficiently to complete the work. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.
