Cameron Jones goes above and beyond normal service. He has saved me days and weeks of confusion and frustration with computer malfunctions. I expected he would respond to my late afternoon request for help yesterday within days, but he got back to me within minutes. Working online, late in the evening, he accomplished comprehensive, seemingly magical diagnosis of the programs on the machine I needed for doing my taxes and billing my clients. He does his job so well that I seldom have to consult him. He also posts excellent webinars on computer scams at http://www.vameronjonesit.com/liks/webinar. I found them very helpful.

I needed a new router installed, He did that and tuned our two computers and got the printer to respond to my wife's computer after analyzing a vendor issue. He is friendly. Everything worked as it should. He didn't waste anytime. For all that he did, his fees are reasonable.
