I think that Ernesto and Maria are great, but the best testimonial comes from my dog. When we drive up, she goes into the happy dog routine and pulls me to the door like in Iditarod sled dog. Then, when we get inside, I drop the leash and she runs and jumps up on the grooming table, or rather she did until old age slowed her down a bit. That's all I need to know.

My dog was terrified of nail trims after experiencing burnt paws as a puppy. But Mr Ernesto made him feel safe & calm when he trimmed his nails. And I brought my new puppy to him & she has learned to love going to the groomers where she gets love & treats & to socialize. That's what matters most to me. The fact that she looks great afterwards is icing on the cake!
