Samantha is a very skilled and enthusiastic trainer who is able to work well with clients of all ages. She has a solid understanding of the human body and is able to modify routines to adjust to injuries or disabilities (particularly important for older clients). She is also just a lot of fun to work with -- so important when tackling hard exercises.
