Not Recommended
Avoid this company. I purchased some equipment that it turned out I didn’t need. I brought it back unopened in 16 days with the receipt. They refused to refund or provide store credit. I noted that the receipt said if I was a “Pro member” I had 30 days to return the items. They said since the receipt didn’t indicate that I was a pro member that didn’t apply, even though they acknowledged that I am a Pro member. On a previous occasion I purchased a used game (separate transaction) that didn’t work. They hadn’t checked it before selling it. They did refund me for that. Never returning to this company’s stores.
