Truly Exceptional Service from Mr. DeWayne Jackson of A+ Air Duct Cleaning, Inc.: We recently experienced a dryer failure which triggered our smoke detector to activate. Adding to the issue was that our full-sized washer and dryer is located in a narrow closet in our condo. I was able to take a picture of the back of the unit which showed that the vent hose had disconnected due to a faulty installation of the new dryer a year ago. DeWayne provided a quote over the phone and arrived as promised the very next day. In this challenging space, he was able to remove interior lint and using a blower, insured that the duct line was clear and the outside vent flapper was functional. Not only was he thoroughly professional, gracious and accommodating, but he also provided advice, suggestions and a replacement bird guard. We are most happy that we are now in his growing list of clients - we'll look forward to receiving reminders from him for future service. He's not pushy, he wants and brings results at a very reasonable price.

We were having problems with our dryer so we called this company to check out our dryer vent. It was completely clogged with wet dust frozen in the winter. DeWayne cleaned out our duct in no time and now our dryer works perfectly.

Called Thursday afternoon and Dewayne Jackson (owner) arrived 1pm next day. Did an excellent job. Moved a stacked washer/dryer combo in my condominium (tight space), removed a dead bird from inside dryer vent, blew out accumulated lint, cleaned the area, reconnected everything and ran a test dry. Personable guy. Professional. I thought at a great price.
