We were out of town when a neighbor alerted us to flooding in our townhouse. Restoration Doctor did respond quickly to stem the damage - remediation. However, they did need to remove flooring and some drywall. The plastic they put up to keep dust limited to the affected area was not well taped and deep dust got in everywhere, including the second floor. They left fans in, and later negative air filters, much longer than necessary, not responding to requests to get their equipment. Their charges were seriously padded (fortunately we had a good insurance adjuster help with that). We used a different contractor for the restoration. The sloppy work RD did meant more work for the restoration (deep cleaning, etc.).

Throughout the process, they were communicative and informative, demonstrating their expertise with attention to detail. The quality of their work was exceptional, leaving my home in immaculate condition. What could have been a stressful experience was made much easier by their professionalism and customer service.
