Such a mixed bag... some of the staff are amazing, some good, and some need to be reported to management. We had more than one aide that fell asleep on the job. When reported to management they took appropriate action.

Not Recommended
Some of the individual caregivers that Brightstar provided were excellent; however, the communication with the office staff and across providers was difficult. The services provided to my mother were not well coordinated and on one occasion no one showed up and she was left alone for a six hour shift. I was surprised that the caregivers just leave when the next shift hasn't shown up yet.
