Complicating the matter was the fact that the project house is located in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It didn't matter. Tom came to the project site personally to check it out. After the gear was ordered and started coming in, his technicians made trips as necessary to fish wires and install a multi-room audio system and integrated everything with a couple of televisions, one of them a weatherproof outdoor model on a rolling stand to go along with the 8 satellite + sub-woofer exterior speaker package. I also got an upgraded wifi system and intelligent thermostats. All of this is unified with a user-friendly control system that even my technology-adverse wife can operate, remotely if necessary.
I can't say enough how happy we are. The installation crews from IMSVA were polite and professional. Everything looks and sounds great. I have been waiting my whole life for a system like this, and Tom and his company did not let me down.
