Since I am handicapped, I pay extra to have my trash/recycling bins picked up closer to my house rather than on the street. It took a couple of attempts on the first pickup for the guys in the truck to figure out where they were due to a miscommunication on their admin's part. After that, they've been very reliable and communicate well plus they are reasonably priced.

Excellent communication when the weather is going to be bad. They let us know if they'll be able to do the garbage pickup the next day.
