Definitely worth switching from prior provider. Cheaper, better service (reliability), better communication—Facebook page updates/posts with important news.

Decades ago, the owner ran AAA, years later ran American, and a couple years ago started EverGreen. Each time, when this owner left, the new owners did a horrible service that our neighbors complained about. For example, when a Canadian company bought American, we could miss a month of yard waste pickup; even when they picked up, you'd hear the workers complaining.
