Reviewed several horror stories online. A neighbor recommended Mr. Ewbanks who installed fireplace logs for her and previously her son. Need look no further. Mr. Ewbanks worked for the gas company for decades and knows his business and products. He asked me what I was looking for, made recommendations about the quality of products, ease of repair, and availability of parts, all important considerations for me. He referred me to Lawn and Garden in Sterling, VA to purchase the unit and they were also helpful. He efficiently installed the gas line to the fireplace and the gas logs and cleaned all work areas. Highly recommend.
