I called Jorge on a Tuesday to investigate holes in some lower vinyl siding that I suspected was causing water to leak into the house, after a mold remediation company treated mold in the house but mistakenly (I believe) blamed a downspout as the moisture source. He came by the following Saturday to inspect the degraded siding, verified it as a potential problem, and color-matched my existing siding. He scheduled me for the following Tuesday (a week after I first contacted him) and identified exactly where water was getting in from a combination of siding perforations including in a siding cable tray. Over 7 hours he removed old cables, a cable box, and the lower siding from the 24’ side of my house, ran to Lowe’s for extra wood, and meticulously installed new wood and metal under-siding components and new vinyl siding. Jorge also fixed four other minor siding problems on other parts of the house, including weed-whacker damage, and gave good advice to prevent it from happening again. He scheduled the entire day for me to give enough time to deal with surprises. He worked carefully around large herb plants and let me take photos to document his work. He modified his installation methods to work for my Sterling Park 1963 rambler. He was so pleasant and charged a reasonable price for such meticulous work. His communications were excellent, and he does smaller jobs. I cannot recommend Siding Doctors enough!

We used Siding Doctors in 2018 to repair causing rain to leak into our sunroom. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a very reasonable estimate. His repair has help since then. Noticed one of our siding sections was flapping in the high wind, contacted Jorge Tercero and he promptly replied, asking for a photo of the issue. He provided a repair estimate and said he would come the next day, a Saturday. He fixed the problem and inspected the rest of the house. Would not hesitate to use Jorge's or his son's services again.

Jorge responded quickly to my initial contact and asked I text him some photos of a leak. He was available within 10 days, quoted a price immediately based on what he suspected was the problem under the siding. Jorge is a very pleasant contractor - he put in a full day of work removing siding to do some forensics, adding new flashing and tape, reinstalling the siding and doing quite a bit of caulking to ensure everything was sealed properly. Having taken photos at very stages, I feel confident the repair was done meticulously.
