I had some siding damage in a storm and spent quite some time figuring out who I should call for assistance. I found Jorge through Checkbook and I am so glad I did. He got back to me right away, came out to see the work same day. And was on site a day later. He was able to use some material I had on hand and also found a larger problem with the old install that he was able to fix. The price was reasonable. Jorge is the guy for any siding repairs you need!

I called Jorge on a Tuesday to investigate holes in some lower vinyl siding that I suspected was causing water to leak into the house, after a mold remediation company treated mold in the house but mistakenly (I believe) blamed a downspout as the moisture source. He came by the following Saturday to inspect the degraded siding, verified it as a potential problem, and color-matched my existing siding. He scheduled me for the following Tuesday (a week after I first contacted him) and identified exactly where water was getting in from a combination of siding perforations including in a siding cable tray. Over 7 hours he removed old cables, a cable box, and the lower siding from the 24’ side of my house, ran to Lowe’s for extra wood, and meticulously installed new wood and metal under-siding components and new vinyl siding. Jorge also fixed four other minor siding problems on other parts of the house, including weed-whacker damage, and gave good advice to prevent it from happening again. He scheduled the entire day for me to give enough time to deal with surprises. He worked carefully around large herb plants and let me take photos to document his work. He modified his installation methods to work for my Sterling Park 1963 rambler. He was so pleasant and charged a reasonable price for such meticulous work. His communications were excellent, and he does smaller jobs. I cannot recommend Siding Doctors enough!
