She is clear in directions for submitting supporting information she needs to complete returns. Prompt in answering questions. Easy to work with. Her rates are a bit lower than other tax preparers I know about. I've had lots of tax preparers (CPA's mostly) and I believe she is the best I've ever worked with. She is an "Enrolled Agent" Federally Licensed to Practice before the IRS.
