I was a first time HR Block customer last week and I was unsure about it all as I had done my own taxes with TurboTax. I made an appointment with Stephanie Adams, a Senior Tax Analyst, walked in on time, and was seen immediately. Ms. Adams could not have been more professional and engaging. Understanding that this was my first visit to a Rx preparer, she meticulously walked me through the process and had specific questions ready after her initial overview of the paperwork I had dropped off earlier in the week. After edging the screen to my view, she went over each input top to bottom. It was the clarity of her presentation that was the key and while I was slightly nervous at the onset, I relaxed and took it all in one step at a time. Ms. Adams took all the time I needed and I wasn’t rushed in any way. When it was all over, I stood and told her she made my day, my week, and my month. I was elated and I’ve been smiling about it every time I think of it. If I had only known what I know now, I’d have been going to H&R Block all along.
