TechMedX is a family run business that gives customers prompt, efficient service. Dawn handles the office and is responsive and thorough. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and very good at troubleshooting. Not only did he fix my printer/computer issues, he found other issues and fixed them or provided good advice. Highly recommend!

Shawn is the best computer tech I've ever used. He explains things clearly and make useful recommendations. I trust him completely. Dawn works the business/scheduling side. Both are easy to work with.
