PT & OT excellent. Most aide staff is incompetent and unsuitable for such a facility. Calling with call button results in long wait. Noisy at night; lots of noise from nurses' station. Food is horrible for the most part; they don't provide alternatives. Furniture is old and worn; beds are makeshift hospital beds. No side rails. At least it's clean.

Patient arrived from Fairfax hospital which didn't tell family members about the transfer or that there were 12 other choices. After Phys. Ther. patient was sat in a wheel chair. Tried to get up and fell over hitting his head and splitting open scalp. Taken by ambulance back to FrFx. Hospital. 2nd hospitalization in 7 days. Needed two staples to close wound. Administered without local anesthesia.
