I have had Mannix service my HVAC units for five years. Service is professional, timely, and done with knowledge of the units and how they connect. Their employees treat the customer as a valued part of their business. We always ask for Silvio; he is the best.

We currently use Mannix to do a spring and fall service on the HVAC system they installed 10 years or so ago - couldn't be happier with the service. They found a couple things that required replacement and we were not charged other than the annual service contract since the parts and labor were covered under the purchase agreement. After struggling with the unit that was in place when we purchased our home, having a really comfortable home has been a huge relief.

The company replaced my old units and installed brand new two heating and airconditioning Carrier Infinity units. The crew was very knowledgeable and the company is a gold star installer for Carrier. So a combination of the best Checkbook rating and Carrier rating is a winning combination. The service, equipment, and everything was first class and the crew was pleasant, knowledgeable, on time, and went beyond to replace an exhaust pipe on my water heater without charging me. This a superior company and superior performance in Northern Virginia.
