Long Fence provided a new deck and wood fence for our single family home in Burke, VA. Workers were very professional and did amazing work, and in a timely manner. A couple of items were inadvertenly missed on the deck, and after calling the office, they immediately responded and fixed the issues. Will recommend them to friends and family.

OMG! LF built my deck in 2005. Now, in 2021 I'm getting it re-decked only to discover all the non-code-compliant short-cuts taken to build the 14' high structure! Missing hardware throughout, stringers that aren't even load-bearing, no strap hangers for stringers, missing washers on bolts that are cut thru the posts at diagonals, and more. Granted, we're sixteen years down the road on this and I would hope they caught onto this crew's ineptitude but.... if you go with LF, I'd highly recommend that you get an INDEPENDANT inspection of the work done to assure they complied with code. Fairfax county inspector did not note these errors on their report - did they even look?
