Moss accomplished our overarching vision, however, I was disappointed by their attention to detail, quality control, project delays and problem resolution. Our project was large scale including a whole house renovation of Kitchen, 3 bathrooms, moving the laundry room from off the kitchen to the second level, and new flooring throughout the first, second level and staircase. The design phase was great. After that it went downhill. Moss did not appear to have any sort of quality control beyond the homeowner following up to identify issues. We hired Moss because we were both working full time jobs and wanted a contractor with experience to provide project oversight. Additionally, we originally moved out in January 2024 for construction to allow for the project to be completed more quickly but had to move back in prior to project completion in May 2024. Once we moved back in Moss lost track of our project and we were living in an unfinished project with limited follow-up from Moss. Project finally concluded in June 2025. Over a year after completion, we are still have many quality control issues that have not been fully resolved despite reaching out to Moss and walking through issues. Taking on to many client projects, turnover at the company, and no clear defined follow-up appear to be part of the issue. Would not recommend for large scale projects based on our experience. (Started Pre-construction design in Aug 2023. Renovation Started in January 2024. Project Completed in June 2025.)
