Object to being told Residents Benefit Package (RBP) is voluntary, then having to jump thru several not-easily-found hoops to opt out. Verbally told that RBP will not be on next year's bill, but had to agree to accept it electronically (in writing), to complete electronic signature of next year's lease. Two minor home repairs done by same excellent handyman.
