We are not new to settlement paperwork, so knew what to expect from Cardinal Title Group in Tysons Corners on route 7. Initially, The office staff was unresponsive -- fortunately, that turned around. At settlement, we told the attorney we would be reviewing each paper we were asked to sign. He made an extremely unprofessional remark about "his" time. First, we had to wait for him, and second the appointments should have been scheduled appropriately. They set up the appointment -- not us! Further, upon leaving the office, he gave us another party's completed settlement paperwork that contained their personal information from a totally different transaction. Will never deal with them again.
