After going here for a COVID test earlier in the year, I will never go to another urgent care. The waiting room was spacious, check-in was painless, everyone was friendly and helpful. The doctor was caring and thorough. My experience was equivalent to going to a very nice "regular" doctor's office -- not like the madhouse I've experienced at places like CVS Minute Clinic. I subsequently went back for a flu shot and experienced the same level of care.
