Ended up with a non-serviceable unit and had to wait two days for their return to fix. Additionally customer service was limited help. Manager never returned call after stating we'd like to speak with them.

The service provider came to do preventive maintenance. He then said I had a cracked heat exchanger, which he wanted to replace for $2,000. I felt suspicious and did nothing. After he left, I called another service provider to repeat the preventive maintainance, and he said the heat exchanger was fine. Furthermore, the first service provider could have helped contact our equipment supplier to find out if it was still under original warranty, which would have qualified us for free replacement: we would only have to pay for labor which was far less than $2,000. I also installed carbon monoxide sensors in the house, and they have not detected any carbon monoxide.
