Our insurance company recommended DPS for the water damage restoration. They performed the wall and ceiling replacement and installed a new closet light. We had to have them come back to fix some of the wall board; they hadn't properly closed the seams and there were areas missing paint. While they were also hired to replace the hardwood flooring, they outsourced that phase and then refused to deal with or discuss the flooring installers forcing me to deal with them. Hey prime contractors, even if you subcontract out a step, you're still responsible for what the subcontractor does.
