The window cleaners were very pleasant and did a good job on my windows. The front office, however, is not handled professionally. I had a hard time getting in touch with someone because my voice messages were not returned for several days. I finally reached someone, who laughed about being so disorganized. She told me to mail my check, and I did, but it was not cashed for several weeks. This necessitated more phone calls. Finally I was told that my check had been received, but the owner didn't know what to do with it. What?! I will probably research another window cleaner the next time I need the service.

They sent someone out to my home, which has a lot of windows and the person gave me a written estimate. I called them a few days later to schedule with them, got a recording and left a message and they have not returned the call. I can't recommend them since they don't seem to want the work. I will not call them again.

I have a difficult house in a rural area. Three TALL stories high, and gravel ground. They do it, and they do it well, inside and out. I've used them four times now, and although they aren't ranked the least expensive, they do clean, thorough work on a difficult house and are friendly and professional. They even tackled a dangerous skylight and cleaned out a blockage of leaves on the roof. I'll continue using them.
