Mother-in-law was there for several weeks in 2015 so can't say if there have been improvements. These comments are from that experience. "If having a nurse with one-inch fingernails working to position a gastric feeding tube is your expectation, then this is the place for you. Staff are slow to respond, never initiate communication, phone system didn't work for about a week, pharmacy was late in delivering meds. Physical atmosphere is depressing. Only high point was the Physical Therapy, which was superior.

On every occasion when my mother was sent to this facility, she ended up in the hospital. Steer clear of this facility.
