I am a newer customer since my previous HVAC (heat pump) contractor is no longer in the business. So far, the service has been fine, and the technicians competent (to the extent I can tell). Costs are disclosed up front. I had a couple of scheduling issues early on, but maybe partly due to my not understanding the rhythms of the new provider. Overall, I have been satisfied enough to renew my contract.
