Normen provided prompt, efficient service in cleaning my dryer ducts. He very carefully cleaned the outside dryer vent and all of the ductwork and vents in my dryer. His price was reasonable and he did not try to upsell me regarding any other duct cleaning services. He was very pleasant to work with and suggested some things I can do to keep my dryer in good working order. He arrived promptly and was extremely thorough in cleaning up all of the lint he removed. I highly recommend Normen for dryer duct cleaning.

Excellent customer service. Quick call back, set up appointment (for dryer vent). Highly recommended, don't bother looking elsewhere (he's basically 5 stars on all rating platforms and I can see why - use his service and you'll see why). Very organized and detail oriented. A courteous and friendly service vendor. Very good price, too. Thanks, Normen, I can use my new dryer, now! PS - I additionally got a dryer vent cover to keep the pests out. No upsell, it was my request and not expensive.
