I ordered 1/4 cord of kiln-dried firewood without their stacking service. The company contacted me very quickly to confirm my order and desired delivery date, and delivered the firewood where I asked, within the window they said they wood. The wood itself seems to be good. The pieces were fairly uniform and stacked pretty easily. I'm happy with the experience.

Have been buying firewood in D.C. for 50 years. Remington Mulch, in my first experience, is the best firewood seller with whom I have ever done business.Most importantly, starting with the wood: kiln dried and cut to fireplace-useable size pieces. [Merrifield Gardens, where I have been buying because of unreliable wood quality with cheaper vendors, also had ostensibly kiln-dried wood, however, the quality varied within any batch as to burnability and most importantly, they delivered pieces often too big to burn even in a my big home fireplace. I had to myself split 70% of the pieces I received. Complained, no remedy]. Remington prices: expensive, but cheaper delivered to NW DC than Merrifield. Flawless, on-time delivery experience. Very professional operation, an answered phone with knowledgeable, courteous persons. So, quality, uniformly burnable, correctly sized, kiln-dried firewood; not cheap, but cheaper than other quality wood vendors; professional operation. I happily have a new firewood source!

This business answered the phone promptly. The person answering the phone was pleasant, helpful and easy to understand. When we made our order for mulch, this business was very accommodating to our needs. They were able to dump half of the load in the front and half in the back. Other companies wanted to charge us a double delivery fee for that service. Remington Mulch was happy to help with our needs. Another highlight was the tracker provided so we knew EXACTLY when the driver would arrive - great add! PLUS, the driver was super courteous and very skilled with the truck.
