The prices were competitive. The assistance was adequate. What I would have preferred is some discussion of the relative merits and pricing between wood and laminate, wide and narrower planking, ease of clean up of dirt and water stains. The installation was also adequate but, "we don't move ranges - somehow the crew that later installed new counter tops were able to move the gas range and uncover the unfinished flooring. They also left the dishwasher uneven, which the counter crew fixed. It's all in the installation.

All went very well -- we had to leave the house for three days while this was underway; but when we returned we were very happy with the results.

Not Recommended
They dripped stain all over the painted portions of the stairs and the baseboards. They took out a toilet to stain the floor then left it out on the deck without reinstalling it. They were combative and rude when I pointed this out to them. Eventually they paid to have the trim repainted but that was it.
