Here in mid Atlantic area I've never had any luck with gutter guards especially in the spring when the maple seed helicopters and oak tassels come down on the roof and wash down over the gutter guards and water just cascades over. I was very skeptical about this gutter solution. I did some research and noticed that everyone that actually had them installed had very positive things to say and many had had them in place for ten or twenty years. My concern was if they were so good why had I never heard of them before. I took a chance and I'm extremely happy I did. In the last 12 years I have installed them on my house and also on two rental properties my wife and I own. They are as easy to use as the video demonstrations on YouTube. It takes five minutes for me to walk around my house and drop (flip) six gutter segments and I'm done. I do it weekly in the Fall and in the Spring. I also flip the the gutters just before a major or prolonged rain storm. Some have posted concerns on YouTube about heavy mud and sludge. With these you never experience that issue because it's so quick and easy to empty your gutters on a frequent basis. About five years ago I did have a downspout get clogged and one gutter segment did fill with water and I had no problem flipping that 40 foot segment that had filled with water and then clearing my downspout just like I've had to do in the past with standard gutters. Never had a single problem with hinges or durability of this solution. I have a two story colonial with a basement walkout. The point at the rear of my house where I flip my the gutter on my second story roof is at least 25 feet and no problem at all flipping with the pole. One of my rental properties is a split level with a sun room and there is one short 'L' shaped gutter segment where a diverter was used on the roof since the one short part of the 'L' could not be flipped. If you have a complex roofline with lots of short gutter runs than this may not be the product for you but most typical gutter implementations work just fine with this solution. If you want a solid and easy gutter solution that requires minimal maintenance I highly suggest you check this out. They are not cheap but they have easily paid for themselves over the last 12 years. Don't listen to negative commenters that have never used them. Find someone like me that has had them installed for years and take their advice. Once you have tried these you will never go back to gutter guards!

Did a great job installing a terrific product that eliminates the need for gutter guards or gutter cleaning. Their flip down gutters makes cleaning them a breeze.
