I caught several serious errors in their work. they required constant supervision. l had to complain several times about the slowness of work; often only one worker was on site 2 days a week. the owner, "Sonny" would make promises and assurances, but failed to keep them.

Work scheduled to begin mid- September. Work started January 12th. Sent workmen to work 1/2 days, sometimes for just an few hours. Set up a schedule of only 2 days each week. Stretched project out. Still not complete. Many corrections needed. Finish work poor. All employees and workmen were respectful and pleasant.

There is no redeeming aspect of Michael Nash. They have had to redo nearly everything on our addition and have failed the same inspections multiple times. I just can't put into a few words how terrible they and their sub-contractors are. From adding too much water to the concrete in the foundation to cutting studs too short and using them anyway to not fixing problems that I point out very early on and now that things are almost finished, they have to fix them. The only reason I haven't taken them to court is because that would further delay the project but it is still definitely a possibility. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
