Quoting from their website: “Our goal is to offer services that enhance the quality of our clients lives. One way we do this is by offering continuity of care to our clients. Having the same caregiver each day allows the client and caregiver to develop a close and trusting relationship. It also gives the client and their family peace of mind and security knowing that the care being provided is consistent, and that the caregiver knows and can even anticipate the clients needs.” In the past year, they have provided an average of one new face every two and a half weeks for my wife who is an Alzheimer’s patient. As for consistency, the aides have ranged from very good to one who asked me how to put on a diaper. If you are expecting to be able to Thrive at Home, Caveat Emptor!!

Had an excellent caregiver for my Mom for 1.5 years. The next one was fine, but not as good. When she left the company, we looked at other agencies and selected one with lower prices. One positive is that a nurse visits every 3-4 months to check on the client and determine if care plan needs to be adjusted.
