We purchased a top of the line chair from the Healthy Back Store in 2001. The cylinder finally leaked in 2022, but the rest of the chair including the upholstery is in very good shape. We had all the purchase papers, which included a lifetime home-use warranty. When I contacted the store about a repair under the warranty, Nick said that the manufacturer had gone out of business so the warranty was no longer valid. However, he sold us a comparable replacement part at cost and helped us remove the old cylinder without charge. Great service! We will definitely shop here again.

Literally spent over an hour in this store lying on every bed, trying every pillow, and simply talking to the excellent staff here. Matter of fact, I also spent an hour trying out the high end massage chairs too- which I am right now about to purchase! These folks had no care in the world I was there so long, boots off, just relaxing in them! Felt so bad after this I absolutely HAD TO purchase one of their own brand pillows! :)
