I recently learned from my piano tuner that my 45yo acoustic piano was "untunable," and he recommended a digital piano which would handle the highly variable humidity levels between the seasons in this area. This led me to Jordan Kitt's to check out digitals, with particular interest in transposition &, if possible, more portability features. After just listening to me discuss my musical interests & skills as well as the way I play and hope to continue to use a piano, the sales representative there (Kenny Pham) showed me several options that he thought would fit with my needs. He was a great listener, answered all my questions, and at no time did I ever feel pressured to purchase anything at the time of my visit (altho' I did end up purchasing a Clavinova). The delivery of the new item took place within a week (rescheduled when an earlier opportunity became available), & the movers (appropriately PPE'd during the pandemic) not only came earlier than expected, but quickly & efficiently removed the old acoustic & replaced it with the new digital piano. I have had occasion to reach out to JKitt's/Kenny with questions which have been promptly answered. And, I cannot tell you how much I have enjoyed learning to play this new "device," with its new bells & whistles, esp. since I use it for virtual Zoom sessions with elderly residents in Assisted/Independent Living communities to bring a bit of the joy of music into their currently pandemic-restricted lives. Great business w/ great service & responsive staff & wonderful piano (for those who want a digital option).
