This place cannot get its act together. No one greeted my mother for hours and hours after she moved in and in the three weeks she was there I never filled out needed paperwork because they couldn't figure out how to get it to me through their electronic system. They didn't seem to care. They continue to send me things to the address of the assisted living center my mom moved OUT of to go to the Boulevard and they had my husband down as primary caretaker even though he was in Seattle at the time and she was MY mother. I kept getting calls about discharge even though I made it clear Mom was there for long term care. Communication was non-existent! My mother unexpectedly died after 3 weeks there. Kind of makes you wonder if the medical care was as poor as the administration.
